A Time Scoop (alternatively spelled Timescoop) was a device which could be targeted at individuals or objects to move them from one point in time and space to another.

Borusa used the Time Scoop to transport people and items to the Death Zone on Gallifrey. The Time Scoop transported several of the Doctor's incarnations there, and also transported enemies of his, including a Dalek, a squad of Cybermen, a Yeti, and a Raston Warrior Robot.
