The Fourth Galaxy was one of seven galaxies that allied themselves with the Daleks. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)

It also contained the home planet of the Suffering. (AUDIO: The Suffering)

The Daleks' Master Plan and The Suffering make no mention of this galaxy's relation, if any, to Galaxy 4.
