Nancie Jackson (28 April 1921-18 January 1977[1]) played Doris Squire in the Doctor Who television story Doctor Who and the Silurians.
She was best known for playing Miss Hart in twenty two epsidoes of Swizzlewick in 1964. From 1954-1977, Jackson had over forty acting credits which included guest roles on television shows such as Z-Cars, Out of the Unknown, Upstairs, Downstairs, An Age of Kings, Dr. Finlay's Casebook, United! and Barlow at Large.
