A Dalek Overseer was based on the Ogron Planet and would experiment on Ogrons to create hybrid-TARDISes using their brains to bypass the telepathic circuits. Unlike the other Daleks, he possessed non-Dalek motives, had a concept of irony and a Davros-like voice. After his plan failed to experiment on the Doctor and the Twelve, the Daleks turned on him and discribed him as an abombination. Despite his protests as a genius, the Overseer was exterminated by his former allies. (AUDIO: Planet of the Ogrons)

Appearance

The Dalek Overseer had a black casing similar to Dalek Sec but with a red eyestalk, claw appendages and short light indicators. (AUDIO: Planet of the Ogrons)
