The Oliver Bainbridge Functional Stabilisation Centre was a private prison on Ha'olam.
The Eighth Doctor was put imprisoned at the Centre for corporate espionage. David Akalu was the morale facilitator at the time. Thanks to the DOCTOR program, he was unable to escape. He was finally released by Sam Jones when she found him there three years later. (PROSE: Seeing I)
