Thutmose IV was the oldest son of Pharaoh Amenhotep II and the elder brother of Erimem. He chose Techvis to be his bride. (PROSE: The Coming of the Queen) Heading back into Thebes by chariot, he found the road was littered with stones. His chariot overturned and he was crushed. A figure stepped out of the shadows and took a piece of the broken chariot, jamming it into Thutmose's head, killing him. (PROSE: The Coming of the Queen)
Alternate timeline
In an alternate timeline, Thutmose married Erimem because she was popular among the military and Egyptian public. He also had twenty-nine other wives, including his favourite, Techvis, and his three favourite sons were also born by Techvis. Thutmose murdered Erimem by poisoning her wine so he could make Techvis his queen without incurring political wrath. (PROSE: Echoes)
