Captain Kevin Charlton had been an intelligence operative. He was a patient at Kenstone Hall.
Under the control of the Nurazh, he drove Jo Grant when she left the Hall. However, he was killed by the Nurazh, so that the car would stop in the middle of train tracks, killing Jo as well. She escaped the car after verifying that Charlton was dead. (PROSE: The Touch of the Nurazh)
