Patrick was an employee of Torchwood One. He worked on the floor above Alien Acquisitions and was thus known to Rachel Allan as "Upstairs Patrick". She claimed that Patrick had told her that Yvonne Hartman was going to have Tommy Pierce retire and replace him with Kieran Frost. (AUDIO: New Girl)
