Borosini was a village in Italy, directly connected by rail to Milan. The Time Lords sent the Fourth Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith there in 1944 to avert the theft of artwork by Nazis working under the direction of Hermann Goering. While there, the time travellers allied themselves with the town's priest, Father Antonio and, more uneasily, a man named Giovanni.
When the Doctor returned in 1948, he restored the the town's Raphael to Antonio's care. The sudden reappearance of the work briefly made the town, and the priest, celebrated by the press. (COMIC: Treasure Trail)
