In a parallel universe, East Korea and New Argentina were the only Earth nations not to sign the Steinberg Agreement, which banned the use of all post-World War II technology due to global warming. East Korea was separate from the Korea which belonged to The Big Six in the early 21st century. (AUDIO: The Flood)
