Sunny was a floppy toy rabbit which belonged to Jasmine Samuels. Jasmine named her Sunny because she was yellow.

When her home came under attack by zombies during the Cardiff zombie outbreak, Jasmine clutched and cradled Sunny for comfort. Gwen Cooper mistakenly identified Sunny as male, to which Jasmine corrected "It's a her". In an attempt to calm Jasmine, Gwen compared Sunny to her own childhood toy, Bonzo.
