Pacquolas was a Roman soldier who was defeated by Boudica in 60. Realising his certain defeat, he honourably leant down in front of the Iceni Queen and allowed himself to be stabbed and killed. (AUDIO: The Wrath of the Iceni)

According to Episode 186 of the podcast "Don't You Know Who I Am?", this character was named after Australian comedian Celia Pacquola, who John Dorney is friends with.
