The Almoner Crest, or simply the Almoner, was a position in Time Lord society, held during Romana II's presidency by Yeux. Castellan Andred had difficulty remembering what the Almoner's function was, believing that it was most likely a title too steeped in heraldic tradition for anyone to recall. (PROSE: Lungbarrow)
