In November 2016, Miss Quill became pregnant with a child after she had sex with Ballon, a Lorr. (TV: The Metaphysical Engine, or What Quill Did) Quill was afraid of giving birth, as she was aware that she would end up dying and being eaten by her child as Quill young were known to do. Abnormally for a Quill, she and Ballon conceived only one child instead of many. She fought the Shadow Kin whilst heavily pregnant with the child. (TV: The Lost)
