On an alternative Gallifrey, Andred worked for Lord Zakar. He questioned Zakar after he commanded Andred to allow 237 slaves to die. (AUDIO: Arbitration) He later fought against the Daleks and evacuated the Capitol, but was exterminated in the process. (AUDIO: Extermination)
