The Doctor is "allowed" to pronounce words incorrectly...?[[edit source]]
There's a production error regarding the Doctor's incorrect pronunciation of "chitinous", which was annotated with the suggestion that this isn't really an error as the Doctor is "allowed" to say words differently. Which is, of course, absolute bollocks. I've gone ahead and removed this nonsense. Ben Paddon ☎ 01:33, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
- It's not "bollocks" or "nonsense". This wiki takes the position that the real world and the Doctor Who universe are not always the same (see T:NO RW). Therefore the original post was valid. Shambala108 ☎ 04:01, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
- This was followed by the famous "the reason I'm writin' is how to say chitin" letter. Surely that is notable and should be in the article? 165.225.80.59talk to me 15:19, August 12, 2016 (UTC)
