4-X-Alpha-4 is an extragalactic star system which contains the homeworld of the Movellans. (DW: Destiny of the Daleks)
- As it is suggested in EDA: War of the Daleks that the Movellans were created by the Daleks, it could be that their homeworld or even 4-X-Alpha-4 itself were under Dalek rule.
