The Weapons Factory was a facility within the Dalek City on Skaro. After being assembled by the Dalek Emperor, the four Daleks of the Cult of Skaro were escorted from the throne room to the Weapons Factory by Imperial Guard Daleks. Once there, they were fitted with the latest armour and weaponry. Dalek Sec, leader of the Cult of Skaro, was led to special experimental laboratory at the back of the Weapons Factory, where a Dalek Scientist had the Dalek mutant transfered from his original bronze casing to a new black shell made from Metalert.
