In 1964, a Dalek mutant commiserated in The Resting Ham over his worries about potentially being typecast as the inside of a Dalek. He was angry at the BBC for this, especially because he had auditioned for the role of third Aztec from the left at execution but had not even been called back. (NOTVALID: Doctor Who? 188)
