::i genuinely cannot believe how much of a stretch it is to take offence to that image. the image has been completely removed from the context of the scene, and neither of the racist schoolboys say anything close to "scrub away the lists, ladies" - so how are we putting ourselves in their place? they dont even appear in the image. it was simply chosen because it is two maids cleaning, and i think that it should stay. :::It's rather difficult to completely remove an image like that from its context given how awful the context is in regards to how Martha is treated when living through the events of that episode- and especially that scene. "Scrub away, ladies" is admittedly not a direct quote, but it's not great by itself, either. When accompanied by that image, it's worse. If you're determined to keep this banner, an image that is not from an episode where a companion is demeaned on the basis of her job and skin color should be chosen instead. There are a lot better options for this banner than what it currently is, imo. Both for how it's phrased and the image that is used. Bad taste

An anonymous user has just brought up at Talk:Telepathy that the allusion to Doctor Who used to illustrate this banner is in pretty bad taste. "We" (that is to say, the voice of the Wiki, asking passing users to comply with what the template says) are… putting ourselves in the place of the racist schoolboys bullying & degrading Martha? Why? It's nothing horrid, but it's a bit tonally jarring. Could we find some other, less loaded line to use as the tagline of this template? --Scrooge MacDuck 15:23, May 25, 2020 (UTC)

Honestly, I have never considered this before but I see why it's a problem. My first thought for a potential replacement would be something to do with Paradise Towers. The caretakers from that story must have said something applicable that we can paraphrase along the lines of "No lists here, follow the proper procedure please"?
