The Raxas Alliance, also known simply as Raxas, (COMIC: Doctormania) was a union of four planets: Clom, Clix, Raxacoricovarlonpatorius and Raxacoricofallapatorius. (TV: The Gift)
Culture
Members were referred to by the alternating demonyms Raxasian and Raxian. (COMIC: Doctormania)

History
It used to be a commercial paradise until the Slitheen of Raxacoricofallapatorius seized power. (TV: The Gift) The result of the atrocities committed by them were trade sanctions, economic collapse and civil war. (COMIC: Doctormania)
Despite the Alliance, there was some animosity between the races; the Abzorbaloff, for one, voiced his distaste for the Raxacoricofallapatorians in 2007. (TV: Love & Monsters)
