The Grand Council was an organization of Raxacoricofallapatorians on Raxacoricofallapatorius and where the rulers of the planet.
Before they became criminals the Slitheen family were the rulers of Raxacoricofallapatorius however they were overthrown and replaced by the Blathereen family. (SJA: The Gift (The Sarah Jane Adventures)
Glune Fex Fize Sharlaveer-Slam Slitheen planned to buy a fleet of battle-crusiers and return to Raxacoricofallapatorius and smite the Grand Council however the Slitheen were unable to do this when Glune was killed and his plan to stripe Sol of it's energy failed. (SJA: Revenge of the Slitheen)
