Yvonne was a colleague of Gwen Cooper's at the Cardiff police department. Gwen asked her to search for a Captain Jack Harkness on the police database. She told Gwen the only person with that name and title was an American who went missing in 1941. (TV: Everything Changes)
Gwen later visited Yvonne when she had lost all memory of the Torchwood Team. (PROSE: We All Go Through)
