Hephaestion was a compatriot of Alexander the Great.
He once walked in on Alexander having sex with Jack Harkness and John Hart, much to his shock. (AUDIO: The Death of Captain Jack)
He stopped Alexander from committing suicide after Cleitus' death. He tried to comfort Alexander after the murder. He was killed by snake poison. (AUDIO: Farewell, Great Macedon)
