The ARTEMIS drive (standing for "Artificial Rotation Through Energetic Muons In Series") was a theoretical device.

Vislor Turlough, at the Magician's suggestion, managed to make an ARTEMIS Mark II, standing for "Artificial Relativity Through Entropy Mechanisms In Sequence". Turlough inserted it into a Style 976 Interstellar Hawk to create a rudimentary space-time vessel. He later presented the drive to the Trions. (PROSE: Turlough and the Earthlink Dilemma)
