Andrea Davenport was an assessor with the Independent Office for Police Conduct. She was tasked with interviewing Andy Davidson following his shooting of an unarmed refugee the previous year.
Unbeknownst to Mrs Davenport, Andy and Yvonne Hartman had switched bodies. Mrs Davenport was unimpressed by Yvonne's excessive preparation, prompting Yvonne to retcon her and try again. She found Yvonne under-prepared the second time and overconfident the third. On the fourth, Mrs Davenport managed to get Yvonne to admit her shortcomings and she began to draft an action plan, deciding that there was no need to recommend Andy's dismissal from South Wales Police.
