The Black Science Division was a Nazi organisation tasked with recovering ancient occult relics prior to World War II.
0n 30 November 1936, the Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams encountered one of its members, Professor Kriemhilde Steiner, working undercover in London. Steiner had discovered the "Eagle of ultima Thule" and intended to return it to Germany. According to Nazi mythology, the artefact would grant limitless power to the Reich.
