The Boardroom was a conference room within the Torchwood Hub.

The Boardroom was located in the depths of the Hub, at the end of a corridor which had been converted from a vast pipe. A faint but lingering odour caused Jack Harkness to suspect that the pipe might once have been one of Cardiff's major sewer outlets.

The room contained a glass-topped table.

In 2009, Ianto Jones used the Boardroom as a safe space in which to deliver the baby of Sarah Thomas. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
