The Capitol Museum was a museum located in the main tower of the Capitol's first sector, on Gallifrey. When they were not used on great occasions of state, the symbols of presidential office—namely the Crown, Sash, and Rod of Rassilon—were kept on display there. The Museum also housed examples of every kind of Gallifreyan robe of state, from the Lord President and the Gold Usher to the Lord Cardinals of the various Chapters.
