A prehistoric creature entered the First Doctor's TARDIS after they had left to explore prehistoric Earth. Making their way back, they realised that to stand a chance they needed to go in with the creature and move forward in time. By moving forward in time, the creature's species ended up becoming extinct and thus it died too. (COMIC: The Prehistoric Monster)
