David Finn, nicknamed Finney, was a close friend of Clyde Langer who was kidnapped by Odd Bob the Clown while at Park Vale School in October 2009. He was restored by Sarah Jane Smith when she defeated the Pied Piper.
Like Clyde, he was a talented artist. (TV: The Day of the Clown) Tony Warner was one of his best friends. (PROSE: Day of the Clown)
