Dean was the personal assistant and partner of Kieran Frost. He was an only child. (AUDIO: Through the Ruins)
By early 2005, Dean was the personal assistant to the Head of Security at Torchwood One, Kieran Frost. Later that year, fellow work colleague Rachel Allan, set him up with Kieran. During the sabotaged experiment of a transmat machine, Dean was killed. (AUDIO: New Girl)
