Delani was a Thal commander who was responsible for the destruction of Terakis as part of the trap to wipe out half of the Dalek Eighth Fleet. He and his forces took over the garbage ship the Quetzel. Delani met the Eighth Doctor and Sam. He was killed by Ayaka. (PROSE: War of the Daleks)
