Dicky Howett and Tim Quinn together drew and wrote the three-panel parody strip Doctor Who? and the short-lived The History Tour for Doctor Who Magazine, as well as The Doctor Who Fun Book and Doctor Who: It's Bigger on the Inside!. He was also the co-writer, penciller and inker of The Unscreened Edition, published in DWMS Winter 1983 and colourised in DW84 23.
In 2013, Howett was credited as a technical advisor for An Adventure in Space and Time.
