The Divine Empress, Glory of the Empire, Ruler of the High Court, Lord of the Inner and Outer Worlds, High Admiral of the Galactic Fleets, Lord General of the Six Armies and Defender of the Earth, or simply the Divine Empress, was the ruler of the Earth Empire in the 30th century. One ruler, Helen Kristiansen, took the position after being President of Earth. (PROSE: So Vile a Sin) She ruled the Empire from her palace orbiting Saturn.
