Sal assisted Andy Davidson at the Disaster Recovery Committee and secretly leaked information, including the Day Zero Report, to Faye.
On Day Zero, Sal prepared to leave Cardiff but Yvonne Hartman convinced her to stay and give her her car keys. She was later called by Andy, who fired her upon finding out that she had been the one to leak the report. (AUDIO: Day Zero)
