In Donna's World, the Emergency Government of the United Kingdom came into power following a replica of the Titanic hitting and destroying London in 2008. After Donna Noble and her family moved to Leeds as refugees, Donna assured her mother Sylvia that the Emergency Government would sort them out. When Sylvia asked what would happen if they didn't, Donna said, "Then we'll complain.”
