A Foster worked under Proctor Neman during the Fourth Doctor's visit to Traken. He and another foster apprehended the Doctor, Adric, Tremas and Nyssa after they escaped from their prison cell, but the Doctor knocked the two fosters out with an ion bonder. (TV: The Keeper of Traken)
