Spring Hill was an area in Crimea, located halfway between Balaklava and Kadikoi, which was founded by Mary Seacole in the 1850s. There she tended to wounded soldiers and, in 1855, encountered the Twelfth Doctor. (AUDIO: The Charge of the Night Brigade)
