Hedley Quay was a dock to which Suzie Costello took Gwen Cooper. The rest of the Torchwood Three team tracked her to the dock. Jack then shot Suzie multiple times but was unable to kill her due to her link with the resurrection gauntlet. Upon its destruction, Suzie died. (TV: They Keep Killing Suzie)
