Iktra was a Monaxi. Iktra shot Vozmorth after it turned off the hologram shields, judging its actions as inexperienced and foolish. When captured by the Tenth Doctor and his crew, Iktra activated a time bridge. (COMIC: Medicine Man)
In the Arena of Fear, he set a trap at a bridge across a deep chasm. He was using Mem-Brain to lure others into the trap.
