Ioan was Ro-Jedda's receptionist. Ng (in possession of Gwen Cooper) threw him into the door of the Lord Mayor's office when confronting Ro-Jedda about Andy Davidson and again during the protests. PC Nicki Owen searched his desk and found evidence against the mayor. (AUDIO: The Empty Hand)
