Lucerians were a species of aliens of which Rinxo Jabbery was a member. They were capable of creating light from their bodies using a bioluminescent protein that they were capable of naturally producing. Rinxo Jabbery mentioned that it was used in Lucerian mating rituals. (AUDIO: Plague of the Daleks)
