Gebek was a Peladonian trisilicate miner, and the only one who favored negotiations with Queen Thalira instead of armed rebellion. He joined forces with Ortron when the Ice Warriors led by Azaxyr took over, and aided the Doctor in exposing their plans. Afterwards, Thalira appointed him the new Chancellor of Peladon.
