Major Paul Richmann was an American mercenary.

Richmann provided security for a German secret underground base in Haiti during World War I. He objected to the supernatural direction the project was taking.

He eventually tired of taking orders from Henri Duval and killed him. In a later struggle, he accidentally killed Froebe, then deliberately killed Carrefour. When he shot Ace's friend Eugene Petion, she flew into a rage and emptied her gun into Richmann, killing him. (PROSE: White Darkness)
