A psycho-kinetic threshold manipulator was a mechanism which allowed the Daleks to control their movement. If a trip stitch circuit-breaker was enabled in this mechanism, it had the effect of preventing the Daleks from controlling their movement. It was enabled by the DoctorDonna in the Crucible's control console during the Dalek invasion of Earth. (TV: Journey's End)
