By 2007, the Torchwood files covered numerous old databases, compiling a detailed profile of the Doctor. However, it was strangely lacking regarding the companion, Rose Tyler, believed to be a result of the Bad Wolf virus. Victor Kennedy acquired a copy of the Torchwood files and shared them with LINDA as they searched for the Tenth Doctor. (TV: Love & Monsters)
