Kai'lizakia was a multi-headed Elder God that fed off chaos. The Seventh Doctor considered it to be one of the minor gods.

The Seventh Doctor came to London with Sally Morgan and worked with the Forge to stop the cultists. Eventually, Kai'lizakia confronted the Forge soldiers and ate at least one of them.
