Level 10 was the level of the Dalek City where the Master Room was located. During the Thal-Dalek battle, all Daleks were summoned to Level 10 as Dalek High Command prepared to further irradiate Skaro's atmosphere. As they proceeded, corridor intersections on all levels other than 10 were sealed. (TV: The Daleks)
