Andalia was a planet visited by the Tenth Doctor in the Dark Times. The Doctor specifically visited the Tombs of the Ended, a series of tombs contained in halls of marble.
The Kotturuh judged the natives of the planet, giving them a lifespan of one lunar orbit and adjusting the living time of the flora and fauna accordingly. They claimed that Andalia would one day be of strategic value and their judgement would enable it to be taken rather than won in a war.
